Payments are processed by Paystack. Coins are platform credits with no cash value and can't be withdrawn; our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains when a purchase can be cancelled or refunded.

- The Paystack reference from your payment receipt.
- The date of the payment.
- The amount and currency you were charged, and the coin pack you bought.
- What went wrong, e.g. charged but no coins, charged twice, or you want to cancel.
Never send your full card number, CVV or Paystack PIN. We will never ask for them.
